The Lockdown

 Who had imagined an era would arrive which would change our lives forever! Who knew we would have to express our love without a hug, a condolence without a visit, a school without a classroom or an office without a space! Not only this changed our perception about life , but also it gave us a whole new exploration of a virtual world. A world that wasn't important to us till February 2020, because we knew we could visit or approach anybody or any institution as when we wanted. Knowing not what awaited us in the future, we had made a planning of a lifetime. Save, invest and retire! Oh, and don't forget the world trip after retirement! What perfect planners, inspirations and ideal motivators we had been! 

So, all this time it was all about us! Our ancestors had been doing the same, and we were just following what they had been doing, also getting our next generation to do the same! If you are wondering why is the word 'same' used, then let me explain. Its mainly because we are practically living to earn, eat and upbring our family in the best possible way, irrespective of our professions. Ofcourse a lot of social service is part of our lives, but mostly it comes with convenience! And, with future generations,  the sense of self is just getting more dominant. Making a difference in the world first comes from the immediate surroundings, which includes people as well as environment. If we really want to make a prominent change, then its never to late to start. Illuminate yourself and inspire others around you to do this 'same'!
